Summary: NigmaPilot does not collect, store on our servers, or share your personal data. No accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking. The camera, microphone, and screen recording are used solely for live broadcasts that you start yourself, and the video is sent directly from your device to the streaming platform you choose (for example Instagram) — never to us.

1. About This App

NigmaPilot is an Android application by PT. Nigmagrid Indo Nesia that combines your phone's camera and a drone video feed (from a NigmaStream device such as NigmaFeed on the RadioMaster AX12, or the ZFPV Box) into a single view and broadcasts it live to a platform of your choice over RTMP/RTMPS. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, and what happens to it.

2. Data Accessed and How It Is Used

  • Camera — shows the front or rear camera as part of the broadcast composition. Active only while the app is open.
  • Microphone — captures audio for your broadcast, only while a broadcast is running and only when the microphone source is selected.
  • Screen recording (MediaProjection) — composes the broadcast image from the screen. Android asks for your explicit consent through a system dialog every time a broadcast starts, and recording stops when the broadcast stops.
  • Local network — the app listens for a discovery beacon and connects to your NigmaStream device on the same WiFi network to receive the drone video. This traffic never leaves your local network.

Broadcast video and audio are sent directly from your device to the server you configure yourself (for example Instagram's ingest servers). We do not receive, store, or have any access to your broadcast content. The app does not record broadcasts to your device storage.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following is stored locally only and is never transmitted to us: the stream URL and stream key you enter or fetch, display preferences (vertical/horizontal mode, camera choice, screen split), the last discovered local IP address of your NigmaStream device, and the in-app browser's cookies and login data (see Section 4). All of it is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

4. In-App Instagram Login

NigmaPilot includes a built-in browser that opens the official instagram.com website. When you log in, your credentials go directly to Instagram — we never see, store, or collect your username or password. The auto-fetch feature only reads the Stream URL and stream key from the Live Producer page you have open, in order to fill the app's fields locally. Your use of Instagram is governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy. NigmaPilot is not an official Instagram/Meta product.

5. What We Do Not Do

  • No access to your location, contacts, SMS, or personal files;
  • No ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs;
  • No accounts and no data sent to our servers;
  • No selling or sharing of user data with anyone.

6. Security
When you use an rtmps:// address (Instagram's default), your broadcast is sent over a TLS-encrypted connection. Your stream key is a secret — do not share it; you can reset it at any time on the platform's side.

7. Children
NigmaPilot is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children — as described above, we do not collect personal data from anyone.

8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
